day 5

 Day 5

Today was friYAY and day 5 of senior project. As the day started, im not gonna lie I was a little sore from our big bike ride yesterday, but I still went to the gym and completed one of my workouts. After this I spent the afternoon doing more planning and research regarding fitness plans and workouts that strengthen ACLs. After this, I played some basketball as my activity of the day. I was missing senior ball so I had to get back out on the court for another day. Then I went straight to my lacrosse game at Tilton and it was very warm. Overall, another great day!
